It is a new step in design: the architects and designers that dealt with the project have proved that it was possible to create an elegant interior using natural materials such as wood, stone and metal for finishing.
- The façade, interior space, entrances are finished with natural materials - granite, marble, wood and metal forging.
- Walls are made of high-quality brick with effective thermal insulation and soundproofing system of the Rockwool Company (Denmark)
- Windows of the world leader Schüco (Germany) are made of high-quality aluminum with increased heat and sound insulation with a two-chamber energy-saving double-glazed window and internal energy-saving glass Clima Guard. Increased thermal insulation, strength and durability, reliability and top quality combined with elegant appearance put Schuco windows beyond competition.
- The Clubhouse is equipped with its own transformer substation as well as independent backup power supply.
- It has central heating and gasification system.
- Each apartment is equipped with a personal microclimate control system that regulates temperature and humidity (Daikin, Company Japan).
- Ideal noise insulation is provided by a floating floor system. The main distinguishing feature of this technology is improved sound insulation, which is ensured due to lack of rigid connections of elements. Floating floor is multilayer in construction, each of its layers has its own purpose and place, and all together they make up a single system providing excellent operating performance.
- Each apartment has a system for water purification from mechanical and chemical impurities manufactured by the Swiss Company “Vita Pure” (Switzerland). This modern filter guarantees ideal purity of potable water.
- The house has silent lifts manufactured by Sigma-Otis (South Korea).
- Dwellers of the house enjoy access to high-speed uninterrupted Internet, telephone, cable and satellite TV.
