The entire territory of the clubhouse is fenced, it is under supervision of the own security service within 24 hours, equipped with a modern video surveillance system. Dwellers can enter the house, the yard or parking lot only if they have individual access card or if a concierge permits to do so after agreement with other dwellers.

There is a spacious, modern two-level parking lot for 70 parking spaces in the Clubhouse. It is equipped with special rooms for storage of change wheels, skis, other necessary accessories for motorists, as well as bicycles, skateboards and other things that are usually stored in the garage.

The Clubhouse’s parking lot is equipped with automatic barrier with a control system providing access under individual access cards. 

Tenants of the house are also provided with a guest parking in the parking lot of the KARVEN sport club - one of the partners of the Clubhouse.
